The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport.

There was only a small double bed available, and the staff suggested an upgrade at an additional cost that I wasn't prepared for. My family and I had an uncomfortable night due to inadequate sleeping arrangements.

The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The ability to darken the room was most helpful in sleeping before and after a long flight to the US. The hot bath was a perfect way to feel clean and comfortable for a good rest. The 24hr store downstairs was a great place to pick up nourishment after a necessary sleep. The people who work at the hotel are magnificent and so helpful, conscientious, and aware of all details. The hotel is not only clean, but decorated with focus on detail and the spirit of Zen. Thank you for providing a spectacular oasis for weary travelers

really enjoyed our double room with bathtub, comfy bed plus a cosy deep bath. the marvellous and unbeatable location, we were in front of the train station. there was a great restaurant, a large shopping mall and a convenience shop next door.

great access to parks, landmarks, and airport convenience

Staying at this hotel was fantastic, especially being just a short walk from the Centrair Sky Deck where I enjoyed beautiful park views and watched planes take off. The nearby Samurai Lab was a wonderful cultural stop that added to my weekend exploration.

amazing smell

great runway view

excellent breakfast selection

I love so many things about Centrair. The hotel smells amazing, and my room had a great view of the runway were good. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a mix of Western and Japanese dishes served in nice portions. Plus, it's conveniently located just minutes from the airport, perfect for catching an early flight. A relaxing three-night stay that left me feeling refreshed before heading out.

Very nice and clean room. Internet service worked great.

Typical airport hotel with very high price but no breakfast included! Need to buy a card to see TV I did not check if any channels at all was free of charge. No laundry service! Overpriced is my opinion.

The location is excellent, right at the airport. The staff is friendly and the free shuttle to AEON mall is a nice bonus.

Room layout is efficient but can feel cramped for families with larger luggage. The dining options are limited for late arrivals.

I stayed here for a business trip and appreciated the convenience of being close to the airport and shopping options. The room was spacious and had a lovely sea view, which was a nice touch.
